For same day cancellations and no shows, our cancellation fee is as follows. Attractions – 50%. Meals – 100%

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Rhythmboat Cruises Sydney Harbour :

50% Refund within 48 hours no refund if within 24 hours of departure

Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure – fully refundable Cancellation made inside 24 hrs prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee Cancellation or no show on day of tour – 100% non refundable (If Cancellation is due to legitimate reasons (sickness etc) we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of cancelled tour valid for 6 months) If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee to cover catering costs. If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy, tour is fully refundable.
