Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

If a cancellation of a Wine Tour occurs outside of 30 days form the Tour departure date a full refund will be given, Cancellation inside of 15-30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee, Within 14 days of departure 100% cancellation fees will apply.

Flames of the Forest:

For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event. For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.

Exemplar Coaches & Limousines:

No penalty outside 24 hours. 100% within 24 hours.

Charges applicable as follows, per person: If cancelled more than 30 days before departure and money has already been paid to Australian Private Tours & Charters, passengers will receive a full refund minus any processing or bank charges. For any booking for which an initial deposit (part payment) was payable, payment of the remainder of the tour cost must be made at least 31 days prior to the departure of your tour. If you do not pay the balance of your total booking cost within this time frame, your booking may be terminated and you may lose your deposit. Additional Australian Private Tours & Charters cancellation penalties may apply. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services not utilised. All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Discovery Tours Australia:

Cancellation Policy: Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Date changes are permitted (subject to availability) Extended Tours: If cancellation occurs more than 61 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of $300 per person will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to departure will incur the following charges: 31-60 days prior 80% of Total, 30 Days or less 100% of Total Price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee. Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.
